Common use of Half Pay Clause in Contracts

Half Pay. Subject to the Employer’s convenience, the Employer may approve an Employee’s application to take long service leave on full pay or half pay. In the case of long service leave which falls due on or after March 16, 1988 portions in excess of four weeks shall be in multiples of one week’s entitlement.
