Common use of (h) Clause in Contracts

(h). The Directing First Lien Security Agent agrees that, if it shall any time obtain any landlord waiver or bailee’s letter or similar agreement or arrangement granting it rights or access to Revolving Facility Priority Collateral, the Directing First Lien Security Agent shall take such actions with respect to such landlord waiver, bailee’s letter or similar agreement or arrangement as sub-agent or gratuitous bailee for the Second Lien Security Agent, solely for the purpose of perfecting the Liens of the Second Lien Security Agent and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

(h). The Directing First Lien Security Agent agrees that, if it shall at any time obtain any landlord waiver or bailee’s letter or similar agreement or arrangement granting it rights or access to Revolving Facility Notes Priority Collateral, the Directing First Lien Security Agent shall take such actions with respect to such landlord waiver, bailee’s letter or similar agreement or arrangement as sub-agent or gratuitous bailee for the Second Lien relevant other Security AgentAgents, solely for the purpose of perfecting the Liens of the Second Lien relevant other Security Agent Agents and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
