Guilford County Responsibilities. Guilford County shall monitor, evaluate, and provide guidance and direction to Awardee in the conduct of Approved Activities performed under this Agreement. Guilford County must determine whether Awardee has spent funds in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, including the federal audit requirements and agreements and may monitor the activities of Awardee to ensure that Awardee has met such requirements. Guilford County may require Awardee to take corrective action if deficiencies are found.

Guilford County must determine whether Awardee has spent funds in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and agreements and may monitor the activities of Awardee to ensure that Awardee has met such requirements. Guilford County is specifically permitted to monitor and evaluate progress in its discretion. Guilford County may require Awardee to take corrective action if deficiencies are found. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Awardee shall remain responsible for complying with and adhering to all local, state, and federal laws, agreed upon timelines including requirements for building and completion of the project.

Guilford Metro 9-1-1 will CT (call transfer) calls to Alamance County Central Communications via CAD-to-CAD. • Guilford Metro 9-1-1 will call Alamance County Central Communications on administrative telephone lines or cell phone if CAD-to-CAD is down. • Guilford Metro 9-1-1 will contact Alamance County Central Communications on an interoperable radio talkgroup if above options are unavailable.
