Juniper may at any time modify any Online Policies, Guidelines and Procedures effective when posted to the applicable site, provided that no such modification shall affect the provision of Authorized Courses or Course Materials prior to the effective date of such modification. By accessing or using Authorized Courses or Course Materials under this Agreement, JNCAAM understands that it is bound by Juniper’s then-current version of its Online Policies, Guidelines and Procedures.

The University Life Handbook contains state laws and University policies that are designated to maintain an appropriate physical and social environment for the mutual benefit of all residents. The policies contained within the University Life Handbook and The University Catalog are considered part of this contract. You should read the guidelines and policies found in the University Life Handbook before signing this document. Your signature indicates a willingness to abide by these policies, and failure to do so is considered a breach of this contract.

If there is any inconsistency between the guidelines, policies and procedures and the terms of this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement will prevail.

(a) The Sponsor warrants that it has read, understood and agrees to comply at all times with the Sponsor Guidelines and the Organiser’s Privacy Policy listed on the Organiser’s website at xxx.xxx.xxx.xx. In the event of inconsistency between the terms of these Terms and the Sponsor Guidelines these Terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
GUIDELINES AND POLICIES. 1 Credit Transfer-Articulated Programs The evaluation and transfer of earned college credits shall be in full compliance with the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities' Board of Trustees Policy Section 3.21: Undergraduate Credit Transfer and all other state and federal educational policies pertaining to undergraduate credit transfer. Current students and graduates, who have earned degrees or diplomas from MW, shall be eligible for credit evaluation under the terms of this agreement. Programs eligible for transfer under this articulation agreement are listed in section 3.1 of this document
GUIDELINES AND POLICIES. 2.4 The Secretary or his delegate will issue FaHCSIA guidelines and/or policies from time to time in order to expand upon and explain FaHCSIA employment conditions, administrative processes and other employment related matters. Guidelines and policies provide employees and managers with a more comprehensive understanding of relevant provisions and conditions.
