GUEST ROOM MINI. BAR (a) (2010) The Union and the Employer understand that Refreshment Centre Attendants are paid to work by the hour; the wage is not based on how many rooms they service. The parties agree that Refreshment Centre Attendants are expected to take breaks and meal periods. (b) (2013) Effective with the signing of the collective agreement, should a guest require that his/her mini-bar be emptied of its contents or removed from the room, the Refreshment Centre Attendant assigned to said work shall receive three dollars and twenty cents ($3.20) for emptying or removing said mini-bar and three dollars and twenty cents ($3.20) for replacing and/or restocking said empty bar.
