Common use of Guaranteed Bonus Clause in Contracts

Guaranteed Bonus. During the Term, in addition to the Base Salary, the Employee shall receive a guaranteed bonus of Forty Thousand Dollars, ($40,000) per year (the “Guaranteed Bonus”), which shall be paid no less frequently than yearly and procedures, less such deductions or offsets required by applicable law, rule or regulation or otherwise authorized by Employee.

Guaranteed Bonus. During the Term, in addition to the Base Salary, the Employee shall receive a guaranteed bonus of Forty Twenty Thousand Dollars, ($40,00020,000) per year (the “Guaranteed Bonus”), which shall be paid no less frequently than yearly and procedures, less such deductions or offsets required by applicable law, rule or regulation or otherwise authorized by Employee.

Guaranteed Bonus. During the Term, in addition to the Base Salary, the Employee shall receive a guaranteed bonus of Forty Six Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Dollars, ($40,0006,250) per year month (the “Guaranteed Bonus”), which shall be paid no less frequently than yearly monthly and shall be paid in accordance with the Company’s normal payroll practices and procedures, less such deductions or offsets required by applicable law, rule or regulation or otherwise authorized by Employee.

Guaranteed Bonus. During the Term, in addition to the Base Salary, the Employee shall receive a guaranteed bonus of Forty Four Thousand Dollars, One Hundred Sixty Six Dollars ($40,0004,166) per year month (the “Guaranteed Bonus”), which shall be paid no less frequently than yearly monthly and shall be paid in accordance with the Company’s normal payroll practices and procedures, less such deductions or offsets required by applicable law, rule or regulation or otherwise authorized by Employee.
