Guarantee ofhidden defects. A.4.11.1. The Supplier guarantees Purchaser against any defect or hidden defect which would affect the IT Services it provides in their design or programming. A.4.11.2. In the event of a hidden defect, Purchaser could exercise against the Supplier the actions recognized by law and the courts to the Purchaser of a thing affected by a hidden defectwithin five years from the knowledge by Purchaser of said hidden defect.
