GUARANTEE CONDITIONS. A. The obligation of Ex-Im Bank with respect to any Credit to issue a Lease Delivery Approval with respect to any Lease Delivery shall be subject to the delivery to Ex-Im Bank of the appropriate documents indicated below and to the fulfillment, in a manner satisfactory to Ex-Im Bank, of the conditions set forth below:
