Group Disability Insurance. (a) The College will pay the costs of a group disability insurance plan that provides a benefit level at one hundred percent (100%) for the first thirty (30) calendar days, short term disability benefits at seventy percent (70%) weekly indemnity for the next twenty- one (21) weeks, and long term disability benefits at seventy percent (70%) of the employee’s gross monthly salary as defined on the basis of two (2) year own occupation and any other occupation thereafter.
Group Disability Insurance. The District shall provide group disability insurance for regular/contract faculty, as provided for in Standard Insurance Company, Group Disability Insurance, Policy Number 503102-X1.
Group Disability Insurance. Effective through the duration of the Agreement, the School District will pay the cost of group disability insurance for each qualifying teacher.
Group Disability Insurance. The Employer provides all eligible employees with group short-term disability insurance at no cost to the employee. Eligible employees are those who have completed 180 calendar days of continuous employment. Employees have the option to elect long term disability if they meet eligibility requirements outlined in the plan summary description. Premiums for long-term disability are paid in full by the employee through payroll deduction and are not eligible for pre-tax treatment under Section 125. Employees are required to use PLT to supplement disability payments, not to exceed 100% of the normal pay.
Group Disability Insurance. Guild employees shall be eligible to participate in the Star Tribune long-term disability insurance program that provides 30 percent coverage paid in full by the Publisher and an option for employees to purchase an additional 30 percent coverage at their own cost. The plan benefit provisions will be the insurer’s standard provisions offered to Star Tribune non-union employees. The Publisher may change the provider of the long-term disability insurance plan as long as benefit levels are not substantially changed. Any change in coverage for non-union employees shall automatically apply to Guild represented employees.
Group Disability Insurance. The School Corporation shall provide a long- term disability income insurance program covering all teachers which provides a benefit of sixty- six and two-thirds percent (66-2/3%) of the monthly salary after a ninety-day (90) qualifying period.
Group Disability Insurance. Effective January 1, 2016, the Center will temporarily suspend the existing group disability insurance plan for the duration of the contract.
Group Disability Insurance. 18 The Employer shall provide a group disability insurance plan for unit members 20 working 20 hours or more per week at a rate not to exceed $104.64 annually per 22 The contribution rates above shall be effective on the first payroll practicable 23 following ratification of the Agreement. 25 12.8 IRC 125 PROGRAM 26 The parties agree to a 125 plan with all costs to be borne by the bargaining unit member. 30
Group Disability Insurance. Effective the first day of the month following completion of one (1) month's employment, all regular and probationary employees are eligible to participate in the group short and long-term disability insurance through Standard Insurance Company according to the terms, conditions and eligibility requirements of such insurance. The premium for such insurance shall be paid by the City.
Group Disability Insurance. 1. You can participate in your employer’s group disability insurance to protect all or part of your income if you become fully or partially incapacitated for work.
