Griever definition

Griever means the employee concerned, the Union or the Company. The "Union" is the organization of employees recognized by the Company for the purpose of collective negotiations. The "Supervisor" is the employee's immediate superior. The "Grievance Committee" shall be comprised of two Company representatives and two Union representatives and when necessary outside consultants may assist the committee.
