Types of Grievances (a) Individual Grievance - a grievance alleging a violation of this Agreement affecting one Employee.

Mechanics of Administration (1) Except to the extent provided for in this Settlement Agreement, the mechanics of the implementation and administration of this Settlement Agreement shall be determined by the Courts on motions brought by Class Counsel.
COMPLAINT AND GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE 1. When a member has any grievance or complaint, he shall forthwith convey to his immediate superior, orally or in writing, all facts relative to the grievance and/or complaint.
