Grievances concerning layoffs due to a reduction in the working force shall be initiated at Step 2 of the Grievance Procedure.
Grievances concerning rates shall be handled in accordance with the above procedure and the disposition of such grievances, if sustained, shall include the determination of the effective date of the increase with retroactivity thereto.
Grievances concerning. This Article Grievances concerning this article shall be initiated within thirty days of the commencement of a layoff or the notice of recall, at the first stage of the grievance procedure, and directed to Human Resources.
Grievances concerning. Article 20.01(2) will be finally resolved by reference to the Minister Responsible for the Public Service Act.
Grievances concerning lay offs and recalls shall be initiated at Step 3 of the grievance procedure.
Grievances concerning. 20.01(1), or 20.01(3) or 20.01(4) will be finally resolved by reference to arbitration in accordance with the procedure in 20.05;
Grievances concerning layoffs in excess of five (5) days shall be initiated at Step No. 2 of the Grievance Procedure.
Grievances concerning a lay-off due to a reduction in the workforce shall be initiated at Stage 2 of the grievance procedure provided the grievance is submitted within five (5) working days of said lay-off notice.
Grievances concerning lay-offs and recalls shall be initiated at the final step of the grievance procedure.
Grievances concerning rates shall commence at Step Two of the Grievance Procedure and the disposition of such grievances if sustained, shall include the determination of the effective date of the increase with retroactivity thereto.
