Grievance Termination. When a grievance has been filed by a 29 Bargaining Unit Member, the grievant may terminate the grievance at any time by 30 giving written notice to the District. Failure to comply with time limits, or to 31 follow the established procedures shall be deemed a termination of the grievance.
