Common use of Grievance Termination Clause in Contracts

Grievance Termination. When a grievance has been filed by a 11 unit member(s), the grievant(s) may terminate the grievance at any 12 time by giving written notice to the Superintendent or designee. 13 Failure of a grievant to comply with time limits, or to follow the 14 established procedures shall be deemed a termination of the grievance.
