Common use of Grievance Procedure Time Limits Clause in Contracts

Grievance Procedure Time Limits. The time limitations set forth herein relating to the time for filing a grievance and the demand for arbitration shall be mandatory. Failure to follow said time limitations shall result in the grievance being waived, and it shall not be submitted to arbitration. The time limitations provided herein may be extended by the mutual written agreement of the Employer and the Union.
