Common use of Grievance Committee Clause in Contracts

Grievance Committee. (a) The Hospital will recognize a Grievance Committee composed of the Chief Xxxxxxx and not more than three (3) employees selected by the Union who have completed their probationary period. A fulltime Teamsters staff representative(s) of the union or designate(s) shall be present at any meeting of the Committee. The purpose of the Committee is to deal with complaints or grievances as set out in this Collective Agreement.

Either party may request the grievor to attend. Union stewards will be selected by the Union who have completed their probationary period. A fulltime Teamsters staff representative(s) of the union or designate(s) shall be present at any meeting of the Committee. The purpose of the Committee is to deal with complaints or grievances as set out in this Collective Agreement.

The purpose of the Committee is to deal with complaints or grievances as set out in this Collective Agreement.

A fulltime Teamsters staff representative(s) general representative of the union or designate(sUnion, the Grievance Committee, as well as the Grievor(s) shall may be present at any meeting of the Committee. The purpose of the Committee is to deal with complaints or grievances as set out in this Collective Agreement.
