Grievance, Assistant Operations Manager. Employee (or Guild) may submit a grievance to the Assistant Operations Manager (a) within 14 calendar day of when event occurred or when employee knew of occurrence. – or – (b) within 14 calendar days after response at the supervisor level. Assistant Operations Manager will respond to the employee and/or resolve the issue within 14 calendar days.
