Gratuity Employees invited to Meetings. Gratuity employees who are required to attend a meeting that is scheduled by the Employer will receive not less than four (4) hours of work at their straight time hourly rate of pay or, a payment that is equal to four (4) hours of their hourly rate, as determined by the Employer.
