Grantors Negative Covenants. 5.1 Waste and Alterations. Grantor will not commit or permit any waste with respect to the Property or the Chattels. Grantor shall not cause or permit any part of the Property, including, without limitation, any building, structure, parking lot, driveway, landscape scheme, timber, or other ground improvement, to be removed, demolished, or materially altered without the prior written consent of Beneficiary.
