Common use of Grant Terms Clause in Contracts

Grant Terms. The funding for this Agreement is provided to the SFMTA in full or in part by a Federal or State grant. As part of the terms of receiving the funds, the SFMTA must incorporate some of the terms into this Agreement (Grant Terms). The incorporated Grant Terms may be found in Exhibit D (FTA Requirements for Procurement Contracts.
