Common use of Grant Terms Clause in Contracts

Grant Terms. From time to time following execution of this Agreement, Charities may award Organization a grant (each, a “Grant”) on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and as further specified in the applicable Statement of Terms. With respect to each Grant, at a minimum the Statement of Terms will include (i) the amount of Grant cash or in-kind goods or services to be awarded to Organization (the “Grant Funds”); (ii) a description of the in-kind goods or services to be awarded; (iii) the distribution schedule for the Grant Funds; (iv) the specific purpose(s) for which the Grant Funds may be used by Organization (the “Grant Purpose”); and (v) the time period during which the Grant Funds will be used by Organization (the “Grant Period”).
