Grant of Option; No Partial Repurchase Sample Clauses

Grant of Option; No Partial Repurchase. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Article 10, Buyer hereby grants to Ultragenyx (for itself and on behalf of Seller) an irrevocable option (the “Repurchase Option”) to repurchase, in whole but not in part, 100% of the Purchased Interest. For the avoidance of doubt, no partial, pro rata, staged or series repurchases shall be permitted under this Article 10.
