Grant Documents. Grantee has access to professional advice to the extent necessary to enable Grantee to comply with the terms of the Grant Documents.
Grant Documents. The Grant Documents, the consummation of the transactions therein contemplated, and the compliance with all of the provisions thereof are the valid, legal, binding, and enforceable obligations of the Recipient. The officials of the Recipient executing the Grant Documents are fully authorized and empowered by all necessary and appropriate official action on the part of the governing body of the Recipient to execute the Grant Documents on behalf of the Recipient.

Grant Documents. The Subgrantee warrants that (a) the Subgrantee has access to professional advice to the extent necessary to enable the Subgrantee to fully comply with the terms of the Grant Documents; and (b) the Subgrantee has the full power and authority to execute the Grant Documents.
Grant Documents. The Authority and Company shall execute and fully perform each of the conditions precedent to the Grant set forth in this Agreement and in each of the other Grant Documents;
Grant Documents. All warrants referenced herein shall be issued pursuant to separate, mutually negotiated grant documents, which shall contain all the terms referenced herein and shall be negotiated and executed promptly after the execution of the Agreement.
Grant Documents. All materials and documents created for this project shall become the property of the Village of Croton-on-Xxxxxx and can be used by the Village throughout the term of the grant and after the grant is over or in the event of any termination of the grant, provided that the Village will use said documents and materials solely for this grant that is the subject of this Agreement. Upon any termination or at the end of the grant, the Village shall have the exclusive right to request copies of all documents from C.T. MALE ASSOCIATES and shall have use over any and all documents created for the grant or used during the grant, again, provided that the Village will use said documents and materials solely for this grant that is the subject of this Agreement. No such materials created for the use of this grant on behalf of the Village of Croton-on-Xxxxxx shall be considered proprietary material.
