Grant Activities. The Host Organisation must conduct the Grant Activities and ensure the Research Personnel conduct the Grant Activities: (a) in a collaborative and professional manner; (b) in compliance with all reasonable directions provided to the Host Organisation by Snow Medical; (c) in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations; and (d) ethically and in accordance with the Code.
