Grandfathered Line Sharing. Any existing Line Sharing arrangement over a copper Loop or Sub-Loop in place with an end user customer of ***CLEC Acronym TXT*** is hereby will be grandfathered at existing rates, provided that ***CLEC Acronym TXT*** began providing xDSL service to that end user customer using Line Sharing over that Loop or Sub-Loop prior to October 2, 2003, and only so long as ***CLEC Acronym TXT***, or its successor or assign, has not ceased providing xDSL service to that end user customer at the same location over that Loop or Sub-Loop.

  • Supplemental Retirement Benefit In addition to the foregoing, Executive shall be eligible to participate in the Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan maintained by Cleco Utility Group Inc. or such other supplemental retirement benefit plans which the Company or its Affiliates may adopt, from time to time, for similarly situated executives (the "Supplemental Plan").
