Grammatical Usage. (a) Where the context requires, gender and number shall be deemed interchangeable. (b) If Lessee is composed of several persons, they shall be jointly and severally liable for the obligations of Lessee. If Lessee is a partnership, the partners as well as the partnership shall be jointly and severally liable for obligations of Lessee.
