GRAMA Responses. The CWC recognizes the public’s right of access to information concerning the conduct of the public’s business and will promote the public’s right of reasonable access to unrestricted public records pursuant to the Government Records Access and Management Act, UTAH CODE ▇▇▇. 63G-2-101 et seq. (“GRAMA”). The following shall constitute the guidelines, policies and procedures to be followed by the CWC in connection with requests for public records under GRAMA.
