Common use of Graduate Nurses Clause in Contracts

Graduate Nurses. A Graduate Nurse in the employ of the Employer, upon presenting proof of current registration by the College of Nurses of Ontario shall be given the salary of a Registered Nurse as provided in this Article retroactive to the date of writing the registration examination or to the date of last hire, whichever is later.

Graduate Nurses. A Graduate Nurse in the employ of the Employer, upon presenting proof of current registration by the College of Nurses of Ontario Ontario, shall be given the salary of a Registered Nurse as provided in this Article Article, retroactive to the date of writing successfully passing the registration examination certification examination, or to the date of last hire, whichever is later.
