GPO Rebates Clause Samples
The GPO Rebates clause defines how rebates provided by Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) are handled between the parties to a contract. Typically, this clause specifies the eligibility criteria for receiving rebates, the calculation method, and the process for distributing or crediting these rebates, often based on the volume of purchases made through the GPO. Its core practical function is to ensure transparency and fairness in the allocation of financial incentives received from GPOs, thereby preventing disputes and clarifying each party’s entitlement to such rebates.
