Governmental Review Process. Notwithstanding any other provision of this DDA, Developer is subject to all building, planning, design and other plan review requirements that are otherwise applicable to the project, including without limitation those of the City of Woodland (“City”). Conditions to the project imposed by the City shall be considered obligations of the Developer under this DDA.
