Governmental Requirement. Governmental Requirement" shall mean any and all laws (including, but not limited to, applicable common law principles), statutes, ordinances, codes, rules regulations, interpretations, guidelines, directions, orders, judgments, writs, injunctions, decrees, decisions or similar items or pronouncements, promulgated, issued, passed or set forth by any Governmental Authority.

Within twenty one (21) days of receipt of Proposal, Joint Partner will provide a response to Owner. The parties will cooperate to meet the timeframe requested by the governmental authority. If no response is received from Joint Partner, Owner may assume its Proposal is accepted. If the Government Requirement is pursuant to section 337.403, Florida Statutes (as amended from time to time), the parties will allocate costs consistent with that section.
