Common use of Governmental Immunity Clause in Contracts

Governmental Immunity. The Parties agree that the Town is relying on, and does not waive or intend to waive by any provision of the Agreement, the monetary limitations or any other rights, immunities, and protections provided by the Colorado Governmental Immunity Act, §§ 00-00-000 et seq., C.R.S., as amended from time, or otherwise available to the Town, its elected officials, employees or agents.

Governmental Immunity. The Parties parties hereto understand and agree that the Town City is relying on, and does not waive or intend to waive by any provision of the Agreementcontained in this Section, the monetary limitations or any other rights, immunities, and protections provided by the Colorado Governmental Immunity Act, §§ Sections 00-00-000 et 000, et. seq., C.R.S., as amended from timetime to time amended, or otherwise available to the TownCity, its elected officialsofficers, employees or agentsits employees.
