Common use of Governmental Authority Clause in Contracts

Governmental Authority. Any agency, authority, body, board, commission, court, instrumentality, department, bureau, legislature or office of any nature whatsoever for any government unit or political subdivision, whether foreign, federal, state, county, district, municipal or otherwise, and whether now or hereafter in existence.

Governmental Authority. Any federal, state, county or municipal government, or political subdivision thereof, any governmental or quasi-governmental agency, authority, bodyboard, boardbureau, commission, courtdepartment, instrumentality, departmentor public body, bureauor any court, legislature administrative tribunal, or office of any nature whatsoever for any government unit or political subdivision, whether foreign, federal, state, county, district, municipal or otherwise, and whether now or hereafter in existencepublic utility.

Governmental Authority. Any court, agency, authority, bodyboard, boardbureau, commission, court, instrumentality, department, bureau, legislature office or office instrumentality of any nature whatsoever for of any government unit governmental or political subdivisionquasi-governmental unit, whether foreign, federal, state, parish, county, district, municipal municipality, city, political subdivision or otherwise, and domestic or foreign whether now or hereafter in existence.

Governmental Authority. Any agencystate, authoritycommonwealth, bodyfederal, foreign, territorial, or other court or governmental department, commission, board, commission, court, instrumentality, department, bureau, legislature agency, or office of any nature whatsoever for any government unit or political subdivision, whether foreign, federal, state, county, district, municipal or otherwise, and whether now or hereafter in existenceinstrumentality.

Governmental Authority. Any agency, authority, body, board, commission, court, instrumentality, department, bureau, legislature or office of any nature whatsoever for any government unit or political subdivision, whether foreign, federalFederal, state, county, district, municipal or otherwiseother governmental department, and whether now entity, authority, commission, board, bureau, court, agency or hereafter in existenceany instrumentality of any of them.

Governmental Authority. Governmental Authority.
