Governmental Authorities. Governmental Authorities" means (a) the United States; (b) the state, county, city or other political subdivision in which any of the Collateral is located; (c) all other governmental or quasi-governmental authorities, boards, bureaus, agencies, commissions, departments, administrative tribunals, instrumentalities and authorities; and (d) all judicial authorities and public utilities having or exercising jurisdiction over Borrower or the Collateral. The term "Governmental Authority" means any one of the Governmental Authorities.
