Government Terms. OneLogin provides the OneLogin Services for ultimate federal government end use solely in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. If Subscriber (or any of its customers) is an agency, department, or other entity of any government, the use, duplication, reproduction, release, modification, disclosure, or transfer of the OneLogin Services, or any related documentation of any kind, including technical data, software, and manuals, is restricted by the terms of this Agreement. All other use is prohibited and no rights other than those provided in this Agreement are conferred. The OneLogin Services were developed fully at private expense.
Government Terms. Cisco does not accept any government flowdown provisions, including but not limited to, the United States Government Federal Acquisition Regulations ("FARs") and its supplements, Defense FARs, or NASA FARs, whether for Resale or Internal Use. Further, Cisco will not provide any government-required representations or certifications to Reseller or any of Reseller's End Users.

If Customer (or any of its customers) is an agency, department, or other entity of any government, the use, duplication, reproduction, release, modification, disclosure, or transfer of the Slite Platform, or any related documentation of any kind, including technical data, software, and manuals, is restricted by the terms of this Agreement. All other use is prohibited and no rights than those provided in this Agreement are conferred. The Slite Platform was developed fully at private expense.

Government Terms. If Customer (or its End Users) is an agency, department or other entity of any government, then any use, modification, duplication, reproduction, release, performance, display, transfer or disclosure of the Services and accompanying documentation shall be governed solely by this Agreement. Any other use shall be prohibited and no other rights are granted.

If Product subscriptions or licenses are to be granted by Customer to the US government, then as defined in FAR section 2.101, any software and documentation provided by Sisense are “commercial items” and according to DFAR section 252.227-7014(a)(1) and (5) are deemed to be “commercial computer software” and “commercial computer software documentation.” Consistent with DFAR section 227.7202 and FAR section 12.212, any use, modification, reproduction, performance, display, or disclosure of the Product or Documentation by such government agency will be governed solely by the terms of this Agreement and will be prohibited except to the extent expressly permitted by the terms of this Agreement. If Product subscriptions or licenses are to be granted by Customer to any government, public administration or other body or agency regulated by public law (a “government agency”), then any use, modification, reproduction, performance, display, or disclosure of the Product or Documentation by such government agency will be governed solely by the terms of this Agreement to the extent permitted by applicable public procurement laws and regulations.

If you (or any of your End Users) are an agency, department, or other entity of any government, the use, duplication, reproduction, release, modification, disclosure, or transfer of the Service Offerings, any part thereof, or any related documentation of any kind, including technical data, software, and manuals, is restricted by this Agreement. All other use is prohibited and no rights other than those provided in this Agreement are conferred. The Service Offerings were developed fully at private expense.
Government Terms. Fivetran provides the Fivetran Products, including related software and technology, for ultimate federal government end use solely in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. If Customer is an agency, department, or other entity of any government, the use, duplication, reproduction, release, modification, disclosure, or transfer of the Fivetran Products, or any related documentation of any kind, including technical data, software, and manuals, is restricted by the terms of this Agreement. All other use is prohibited and no rights than those provided in this Agreement are conferred. The Fivetran Products were developed fully at private expense.
Government Terms. If Customer is a United States Government agency or otherwise accessing or using any cBEYONData Software or Support Services on behalf of the U.S. Government, including as a higher tier subcontractor or prime contractor, this Agreement is subject to the terms set out in Exhibit C (U.S. Government Terms of Service).
