GOVERNMENT REQUESTS. In order to cooperate with governmental requests, subpoenas or court orders, to protect our systems, or to ensure the integrity and operation of our business and systems, we may access and disclose any information we consider necessary or appropriate, including and without limitation, your information, IP address, and usage history. Our right to disclose any such information is governed by the terms of our Privacy Policy.
GOVERNMENT REQUESTS. Lookout reserves the right to cooperate with any law enforcement or similar government inquiry as described in our Privacy Policy.
GOVERNMENT REQUESTS. 1.6.1.Whimsical shall, unless prohibited by law or a legally binding order of an applicable government body or agency, promptly notify Customer of any request for the disclosure of European Personal Data by a governmental or regulatory body or law enforcement authority (including any Supervisory Authority) (“Disclosure Request”) and shall provide reasonable information and assistance to customer regarding the request. Whimsical shall not respond to such request unless required by applicable law (including to provide acknowledgement of receipt of the request).
GOVERNMENT REQUESTS. Upon the request of Auditor-Controller, XXXXXXXX POWER shall promptly provide, at XXXXXXXX POWER’s expense, all available data to enable COUNTY to fully comply with any and every requirement of the State of California or the United States of America for information or reports relating to this Agreement and to XXXXXXXX POWER’s use of the Site and Landfill.
GOVERNMENT REQUESTS. Partner shall provide commercially reasonable cooperation to assist Entrust in its response to any legally enforceable requests from data protection authorities or other law enforcement authorities relating to the Processing of Personal Data under the Agreement and this DPA. In the event that any such request is made directly to Partner, Partner shall not respond to such communication directly without Entrust’s prior authorization, unless legally compelled to do so. If Partner is required to respond to such a request, Partner shall promptly notify Entrust and provide it with a copy of the request unless legally prohibited from doing so. Partner shall also provide the minimum necessary to comply with the request.
GOVERNMENT REQUESTS. Unity will notify Customer about any legally binding request for disclosure of the personal data by a law enforcement or other public authority unless otherwise prohibited.
GOVERNMENT REQUESTS. Administrator agrees that, should any Governmental Authority request Administrator to submit any information or provide any communication related to the Administrative Services provided pursuant to this Administrative Services Agreement, Administrator will notify Reinsureds immediately upon receipt of such request. In no case shall said notice be received by Reinsureds later than five (5) calendar days after receipt by Administrator. Administrator must contact Reinsureds prior to any response Administrator would make to any Governmental Authority that involves Reinsureds, Reinsureds’ clients, or any Reinsureds relationship with such Governmental Authority. This provision does not apply to reviews by tax authorities or to state insurance departments in connection with financial examinations.
