Government Inquiries. Except as set forth on Schedule 5.27, there have been no material inspection reports, questionnaires, inquiries, demands or requests for information received by GRS from, or any material statement, report or other document filed by GRS with, the federal government or any federal administrative agency (including but not limited to, the Justice Department, Internal Revenue Service, Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Federal Trade Commission, National Labor Relations Board, and Interstate Commerce Commission), any state securities administrator or any local or state taxing authority.
Government Inquiries. Except as set forth on Schedule 3.26, there have been no material inspection reports, questionnaires, inquiries, demands or requests for information received by the Company from, or any material statement, report or other document filed by the Company with, the federal government or any federal administrative agency (including but not limited to, the Justice Department, Internal Revenue Service, Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Federal Trade Commission, National Labor Relations Board, and Interstate Commerce Commission), any state securities administrator or any local or state taxing authority.
Government Inquiries. If either Party shall be contacted by any Regulatory Authority for any regulatory purpose pertaining specifically to this Agreement or to the Product, such Party shall immediately notify the other Party. Either Party may permit unannounced inspections of the Product or facilities by a Regulatory Authority with competent jurisdiction and may respond to the extent necessary to comply with such Party’s obligations under Applicable Laws.
Government Inquiries. Without limiting the generality of Section 7.2, ESTABLISHMENT shall use its best efforts to:

If Databricks receives a subpoena, court order, warrant or other legal demand from law enforcement or public or judicial authorities seeking the disclosure of Customer Content, Databricks shall, to the extent permitted by applicable laws, promptly notify Customer in writing of such request and reasonably cooperate with Customer to limit, challenge or protect against such disclosure.
Government Inquiries. If any governmental or regulatory authority (i) contacts US Bio with respect to the Hub Services, (ii) conducts, or gives notice of its intent to conduct, an inspection of US Bio related to the Product, (iii) takes, or gives notice of its intent to take, any other regulatory action alleging improper or inadequate practices with respect to any activity of US Bio, which would adversely affect the Hub Services, or (iv) serves upon US Bio a subpoena related to the Hub Services, US Bio shall, to the extent legally permissible, notify Dyax within [*****] or sooner if necessary to permit Dyax to be present at, or otherwise participate in the inspection or government inquiry. Unless otherwise prohibited by Applicable Law or the governmental or regulatory authority, Dyax shall have the right to be present at and to participate in any such governmental action with respect to the Hub Services, and US Bio shall provide Dyax with copies of all documentation issued by any governmental or regulatory authority and any proposed response thereto.
Government Inquiries. In the event that DISTRIBUTOR receives an inquiry, or similar notice from a government agency or entity for information or an inspection (a “Notice”) which relates to UT Product or this Agreement, DISTRIBUTOR shall: (a) notify and provide a copy to UT of such Notice promptly within three (3) business days of receipt of such Notice; (b) unless expressly prohibited by the Notice, consult with UT regarding its response to the Notice to determine, among other things, whether any of UT’s Confidential Information shall be disclosed (which in all events shall be subject to DISTRIBUTOR’s obligations specified in Article 10 of this Agreement); (c) keep UT informed of the progress of any inspection and provide UT with prior notice of any documents related to UT Product or UT to be provided to such government entity; and (d) provide UT with a copy of any documents related to UT Product or UT ultimately produced pursuant to such Notice. Further, DISTRIBUTOR shall provide UT with a summary of the results of any inspection and such actions, if any, taken to remedy conditions cited in such inspections. DISTRIBUTOR further agrees to cooperate with any inspection of a shipment of UT Product by a governmental agency.
Government Inquiries. Upon being contacted by the FDA or any other federal, state or local agency for any regulatory purpose pertaining specifically to this Agreement or to the Copromote Products, a party shall immediately notify the other party. Either party may permit unannounced FDA or similar unannounced inspections of Copromote Products or facilities and respond to the extent necessary to comply with its obligations under applicable law. Each party shall provide the other with notices of any other inspection and shall allow that party to participate to the extent necessary in the sole opinion of that party, in such inspections and responses pertaining to the Copromote Products.

Except as set forth in Schedule 4.17, there have been no material inspection reports, questionnaires, inquiries, demands or requests for information received by Buyer from the federal government, any federal administrative agency, any state securities administrator or any state or local taxing authority relating to the business of Buyer.
