Government Funds. If loss, cost, or expense covered by this policy is also covered by a government fund, “we” pay “our” share of the loss, cost, or expense. “Our” share is that part of the loss, cost, or expense that the “limit” of this policy bears to the total amount payable for the loss, cost, or expense to the extent permitted by law. PAYMENT OF LOSS
Government Funds. The contract must include a statement that the funds used for provider payments are government funds.
Government Funds. Preferred Provider acknowledges that the payments Preferred Provider receives for Covered Services rendered to adultBasic/CHIP Members in accordance with the reimbursement rates and other payment terms and conditions contained in the Preferred Provider Agreement and these Regulations are, in whole or in part, derived from government funds and that any false or fraudulent claim or statement in any document, or any concealment of a material fact, or any other form of fraudulent activity relating to the preferred provider’s involvement with adultBasic or CHIP, as the case may be, may be a cause for prosecution under applicable Laws. In the event of a successful prosecution of Preferred Provider related to adultBasic and/or CHIP, as the case may be, Blue Shield may, at their discretion, suspend or terminate Preferred Provider’s participation in adultBasic and/or CHIP and/or the Preferred Provider network, as the case may be. Preferred Provider’s suspension or termination from participation in adultBasic and/or CHIP, as the case may be, shall not affect the remaining provisions of the Preferred Provider Agreement (as it relates to Members covered under Products other than adultBasic and CHIP).
Government Funds. No payment to NaPro hereunder will be made with government funds.

Schedule 4.18(m) of the Disclosure Schedules lists all the funds/soft loans received from public entities, university, college, other educational institution, multi-national, bi-national or international organization or research center related to the development of intellectual property rights and which was used in the development of the Company Products or Company Intellectual Property.
Government Funds. Seller is hereby placed on notice that Government Funds may be used to procure various items or services under this contract. As a result, the Seller’s accounting books and manufacturing records concerning work performed may be therefore subject to audit by appropriate Government Agency.

Professional Provider acknowledges that payments Professional Provider receives for Covered Services rendered to Members in accordance with this Agreement are, in whole or in part, derived from government funds and that any false or fraudulent claim or statement in any document, or any concealment of a material fact, or any other form of fraudulent activity relating to Professional Provider’s involvement with any government program covered by this Agreement as a Product, as the case may be, may be a cause for prosecution under applicable Laws. In the event of a successful prosecution of Professional Provider, Highmark and/or Health Plan may, at their discretion, suspend or terminate Professional Provider’s participation in any government program covered by this Agreement as a Product.
