Government Disclosure. In the event that AV is required to disclose to its Non-Commercial customers that the Solar HAPS includes technology licensed by the HAPSMobile, AV shall promptly notify HAPSMobile in advance of such requirement and take steps reasonably necessary to limit the disclosure of information to that which is necessary and to maintain the confidentiality of the information to be disclosed.
