A Pilot's seniority shall also govern retention in case of reductions in force and recall after ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ( the most junior Pilot being the first to be laid off, the most senior Pilot being the last to be laid off and the first to be recalled), the awarding of the monthly schedule, and the choice of vacation periods.
