Governance over Conflicts. The terms and conditions of such Interconnection and Local Delivery Services shall be governed by this Agreement and the AEP Tariff, as it exists at the time of this Agreement, or as hereafter amended. The AEP Tariff, as it currently exists or as hereafter amended, is incorporated in this Agreement by reference. In the case of any conflict between this Agreement and the AEP Tariff or the PJM Tariff, the AEP Tariff or the PJM Tariff shall control, except that the PJM Tariff shall control if the AEP Tariff and the PJM Tariff are in conflict.
