(GLP) For medicinal products, the Parties acknowledge to facing similar challenges to assess and ensure the high quality of non-clinical testing of chemicals as well as the integrity in a globalised supply chain. A key instrument in this regard is the establishment and enforcement of internationally recognised Good Laboratory Practices (“GLP”) on manufacturing sites.
