Good Faith Rules Sample Clauses
The Good-Faith Rules clause establishes an obligation for all parties to act honestly and fairly in the performance and enforcement of the contract. In practice, this means that each party must avoid deceptive practices, cooperate reasonably, and refrain from actions that would undermine the contract’s purpose or the other party’s rights. By requiring good-faith conduct, this clause helps prevent abuse, promotes trust, and ensures that contractual obligations are carried out with integrity.
