Common use of Good Faith Performance Clause in Contracts

Good Faith Performance. There shall be no attempt by the parties to this Agreement to ignore, disregard, circumvent, or otherwise avoid any of the terms and provisions of this Agreement or any of the duties, obligations and responsibilities imposed by the Agreement.
