Gogo Requirements. Throughout the term of this Agreement, and as otherwise specified below, Gogo shall maintain in full force, at its expense, the following insurance coverage with carriers reasonably acceptable to American:
17.2.1. Aviation Products Liability/Completed Operations Liability Insurance, including contractual coverage, in an amount not less than U.S. [***] which insurance shall not be required to be procured until immediately prior to the first delivery of Equipment hereunder but shall be maintained for a period of five (5) years following the expiration or termination of this Agreement;
17.2.2. Property Insurance covering all risks and covering all property in Gogo’s custody or control in an amount at least equal to the value of such property.
17.2.3. Worker’s Compensation Insurance in the statutory amount(s) required by the State(s) where the Equipment and/or Software are manufactured and/or installed and/or Services are performed and Employer’s Liability Insurance in an amount not less than U.S. [***]. In lieu of Workers’ Compensation Insurance, Gogo may satisfy the requirements of this subsection by being a qualified self-insurer in such State(s).
Gogo Requirements. Gogo agrees to keep in full force and effect and maintain at its sole cost and expense the following policies of insurance with the specified minimum limits of liability during the Term of this Agreement:
