Goal. The goal of this Attachment is to provide certain housing bond funds to be utilized by Grantee to expand service capacity, which will help eligible individuals to obtain not only housing but also assistance with residential repair and renovation projects designed to ensure the health, safety, security, and independence of elderly persons.
