Goal Setting Conference. The evaluator will review the teacher’s 13 goals in advance of a goal setting conference and schedule a 14 conference date with the teacher. The evaluator and teacher will meet 15 to collaboratively discuss and the evaluator will provide feedback on 16 the teacher’s written goals.
