Common use of Global Data Link Service Clause in Contracts

Global Data Link Service. In lieu of all other rates or discounts, the Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring IOC charge of $1,935 and a non-recurring IOC charge of $358.46 for 512 Kbps Global Data Link Service between 2 location pairs mutually agreed upon by Customer and the Company.

Global Data Link Service. In lieu of all any other rates or discounts, the Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring per-circuit IOC charge of charges ranging from $1,935 2,900 to $5,500 for DS3, 50MB GLD Ethernet and a non-recurring IOC charge of $358.46 for 512 Kbps Global Data Link Service between 100 MB GLD Ethernet en 2 location pairs locations mutually agreed upon by Customer and the Company.
