Global Commercialization Strategy Plan. [***] shall develop and periodically update, and the JSC shall approve, a written document describing the global product strategy for Commercialization of the Products in the Field in the U.S., Greater China and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Territory (the “Global Commercialization Strategy Plan”). The Global Commercialization Strategy Plan will outline strategic commercial efforts that will be undertaken at the global team level that are intended to support pre-launch, launch and life cycle management activities across regions and key functions.
