Common use of Glare Clause in Contracts

Glare. (1) The luminance of computer characters against their background shall be of a high contrast ratio, so that the characters are easily distinguishable, such as is found in screens with yellow or light green characters on a dark green background. (2) If screen color and adjustable lighting are unable to reduce screen glare, a non-glare screen overlay shall be fitted on the computer.
